Returns 

In the rare circumstance you are not entirely happy with your purchase we would be pleased to offer you a refund! We strive to ensure that the return process is as painless as possible. Returns need to be reported within 14 days after you made the purchase. After you  Let us know  you get an additional 14 days to send back the order the order. To be eligible for a return, the sunglasses must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your sunglasses arrived damaged please send us via info@seroptical.nl

Once we receive your returned package, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

Please note that Ser Optical does not accept returns for items based on personal preference, such as not liking the product. Additionally, we do not allow the substitution of parts or partial returns of an order.

We recommend to first inform us in case of any complaints by sending an e-mail to info@seroptical.nl. Does this not solve your complaints, then there is the opportunity to apply for mediaton through Stichting (Foundation) WebwinkelKeur. From February 15th 2016 consumers in the EU are able to report complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at     http://ec.europa.eu/odr     When your complaint is not taken into consideration elsewhere you are able to report your complaint at the platform of the European Union.
